Craft Zipline at a level 2 Utility Bench with 1 Mechanical Component and 1 Rope. Complete A Lay of the Land, A Toxic Trail, and Reduced to Rubble to earn Zipline as a quest reward. After Rain Comes and Eyes in the Sky provide Zipline for use during the quest. You can buy Zipline from Apollo for 3,000 coins, up to 3 times per day. This offer requires level 12 and refreshes daily.
